Share-based incentive programmes

The purpose of the plans is to continue aligning the objectives of the management and Uponor shareholders in order to increase the value of the company, boost profitable growth and retain the services of the participants over the longer term. The plans offer key managers a competitive reward plan based on achieving the company’s strategic profitability and growth targets, and earning and accumulating Uponor shares.


Share-based incentive plan for key management 2021-2023


December 2020: Continuation of the Performance Share Plan to approximately 50 Group key managers, including the members of the Executive Committee, as resolved by the Board in 2014.

December 2017: Continuation of the Performance Share Plan to approximately 25-30 Group key managers, including the members of the Executive Committee, as resolved by the Board in 2014. The plan covers the calendar years 2018—2020.
