Jyri Luomakoski appointed acting CEO of Uponor as Jan Lång leaves end of October

The Board of Directors of Uponor Corporation has today appointed CFO and Deputy
CEO Jyri Luomakoski, 41, as the company's acting President and CEO, effective
27 October, to succeed Jan Lång who announced his resignation on 13 August.
According to a mutual agreement, Jan Lång will leave the company at the end of
October. Jyri Luomakoski will also continue as CFO during the transition period
until the CEO is nominated. 

The Board-initiated process to nominate a new President and CEO is in progress,
and its results will be communicated later.
