Uponor’s Board establishes a remuneration committee

Uponor Corporations’ Board of Directors has today established a remuneration committee. Its tasks will include, among others, preparation of matters relating to management remuneration and to the company’s incentive schemes.

The Board appointed the following Board members as members of the committee: Jorma Eloranta (chairman), Jari Paasikivi and Anne-Christine Silfverstolpe Nordin.
