Uponor Corporation’s financial calendar in 2013

A bulletin on Uponor Corporation’s financial statements for 2012 will be published on Tuesday 12 February 2013 at 8.00am EET. The financial statements 2012 will be published later in the same day.

The Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on Monday 18 March 2013 at 17.00 EET. An official invitation to the meeting will be published later. Shareholders, who wish to have items put on the agenda of the Annual General Meeting, shall notify the company’s Board of Directors thereof in writing latest by Monday 28 January 2013.
