Uponor Board organisation and roles

In its organising meeting subsequent to the AGM, the Board of Directors elected Jari Paasikivi as Chairman and Jorma Eloranta as Deputy Chairman of the Board.

The Board decided to establish an Audit Committee and a Remuneration Committee, both with the same charter as before.
