Whistleblowing service for Uponor’s stakeholders

At Uponor, the compliance is of utmost priority. Our long-term success is built on making business in a fair and ethical way. For this purpose, active engagement and exchanging information in a transparent manner with all our stakeholders is vitally important – not only from the perspective of developing the business activities but also for contributing to sustainable societies.

All Uponorians should always act in compliance with our Code of Conduct, internal policies and guidelines, as well as with applicable national and international laws and regulations. We are also committed to strive for an ethical business climate and the highest level of integrity, and we have similar expectations on the business partners we co-operate with.

In order to ensure even further that we continue focusing on the right things and that we continue doing this in a fully compliant manner, we have established a truly anonymous whistleblowing channel, an on-line reporting service with multiple languages, now also for our external stakeholders, for you.

Should you notice any deviations from this normative and ethical framework or should you want to address any concerns, while wishing to report that anonymously, you are strongly encouraged to utilise Uponor WhistleB reporting channel.

The whistleblowing service is provided by an external partner WhistleB to secure anonymity. The communication channel is encrypted and password-protected. All messages will be naturally processed in confidence.

Due to the Russian Localisation Law, we have a separate Uponor WhistleB reporting channel for stakeholders located in Russia.
